What types of websites do you develop?
We specialise in creating high-converting landing pages, online shops, corporate sites, portfolio showcases, and blogs. Whether you need a simple one-page site or a more complex platform, we’ve got you covered.
Is there a limit to the number of requests I can make?
No. You can submit as many tasks as you like, and we’ll work on them one at a time, in the order you submit them.
How long does it take to complete a request?
On average, if they are simple requests on an already developed site, they are completed within 2 to 8 business days, depending on the complexity. For website development, the simplest brand presentation sites (Home, about, services, and contacts) are ready within 15 business days. In the case of complex or multi-language websites, unpxl may divide them into simpler requests according to the development phases. You can expect development updates at the end of each week.
Which platforms do you work with to develop websites?
WordPress, Webflow, Framer, and Shopify. Depending on the type of website, we recommend the platform. Clients can also specify the platform they want the site to be developed on.
How does billing work?
You’ll be charged a fixed monthly fee on the same day each month, corresponding to your subscription date. If you wish to pause or cancel, just let us know before your next billing date.
How do I make requests?
All clients have a dedicated dashboard on our management platform, ClickUp. Unpxl is flexible about how you submit requests: type your requirements directly into a task, attach a PDF, share Figma designs with comments, or even record a Loom video for context. Essentially, any shareable document or link is welcome.
What if I don't like what's being developed?
No problem! We will continue to make revisions until you are 100% satisfied.
Are there any development requests that are not supported?
Yes. Unpxl does not work with the following developments: Web applications, custom front-end, software development. A list of what is included can be consulted here.
How does the subscription pause work?
We understand that there may be cases where requests are small and do not occupy the entire month. In these cases, you can pause the subscription. Subscription cycles are based on 31 days. Imagine that 21 days of the subscription were used, and you decided to pause. This means you will not be charged in the following months and will still have 10 days to enjoy the service in the future, up to a maximum of 2 months (counting from the date of the pause request).
You can request a pause on your subscription by sending an email to support@unpxl.pt. To pause your subscription you can not have an active task. (You can still keep the tasks in the backlog and the completed ones.)
After 2 months of uninterrupted paused subscription, if there’s no information otherwise, the subscription is automatically cancelled.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. According to our policy, we refund 75% of the subscription if it is canceled within 7 days after the subscription day. We do not offer refunds if any request has been completed. And we do not offer refunds after 7 days from the start of the subscription.
Can I use the service for just one month?
Of course. Whether you need our services for a month or a year, the choice is yours. You can always return when you have more web development needs.
Why is Unpxl's subscription service better than hiring a full-time developer?
Hiring a full-time developer is generally more expensive due to the total associated costs. A junior developer requires a lot of guidance, while a senior developer can be very costly. In the case of a freelancer, they may specialize only in a certain platform or type of development.
With Unpxl’s subscription, you can eliminate all these obstacles. You will have access to professionals capable of completing various types of development requests at a much lower cost.
You save on overheads like salaries, benefits, and training, while still enjoying on-demand web development expertise.
What should I include in my requests?
Describe in as much detail as possible what you want to develop. Share designs and all necessary content for development. Share admin access if necessary, in the case of development on an already developed site.
